Farewell 22/10/2022

October 20th, 2022

这个星期六 (22/10) 是 Farewell。请全体会员穿上 HQ-T shirt 和 Jeans (深蓝或黑, 一定要长到脚踝, 不可有花纹)。

集会资料如下：
时间：7.30am-9.30am
地点：A4前面的Pavilion (点名), Beranda

缺席的会员请在三天以内交上请假信。

请自备:
-消毒洗手液

所有成员必须遵守 SOP 并在整个集会期间保持社交距离。

Attention to all members:
We will be having our Farewell this Saturday (22/10) from 7.30 am to 9.30 am. All members are required to wear HQ-T and Jeans (black or dark blue in colour, ripped jeans are not allowed). All members are required to gather at pavilion (in front A4) to take your attendance.

For members who are absent, you are required to pass up Surat Ketidakhadian within 3 days.

Please make sure that you bring along your own:
-hand sanitizer

All members MUST follow SOP (you can refer to the document sent before) and practice social distancing throughout the whole meeting.

Quiz 15/10/22

October 14th, 2022

这个星期六 ( 15/10 ）将会举行 Quiz 。

Hari Sukan Negara Duty 8/10/22

October 7th, 2022

这个星期六(8/10)是Hari Sukan Negara，鉴于此活动与集会的时间重叠, 因此会员们需要在当天duty才算作出席。

缺席duty的会员当天的出席率将不被计算，并且该会员必须在三天内交上请假信给 Chia Jia Xin S4A (011-1099 8667).

*注意：请假信必须是softcopy format

活动资料如下：

时间：7.20am – 9.30am

地点：A4 Pavilion

服装：新会员请穿上 PJK-T , PJK-Pants , Pinafore

旧会员请穿上整齐的 Second U ( HQ-T , Long Pants )

点名时间：1) 7.00am – 7.15am 会员们到A4前面的pavilion点名

2) 7.20am 会员们到padang跟着自己的班级点名

3) 9.30am Senamrobik结束后，请会员到pavilion点名(第二次)
