Rules for meeting:
1. Members are required to wear their second u during every meeting
2. Members are not allowed to take photos or record the meeting
3. Members that are absent will have to fill in the absent form latest by Wednesday of the following week
4. Members are encouraged to join the meeting 5 minutes before the meeting starts
5. All members are required to on their camera throughout the whole meeting
