这个星期六（19/8）是 Farewell，所有会员请穿上HQ T-shirt 和Jeans(篮或黑，一定要长到脚踝,不可有花纹）。
资料详情如下：
时间：7.30am-10.30am
地点：A1-A4,carpark
当天请会员记得带青卡并写上日期，否则没得签。

7/8/2017 (星期一) , 11/8/2017 (星期五), 14/8/2017 (星期一), 22/8/2017 (星期二) , 25/8/2017(星期五) 会有group training ,时间是8.00 am – 11.00 am ,请会员们不要迟到，谁不能出席或有问题的必须通知副组长。
